Customers purchasing a piece from the Moorland Miniatures range presented on this website agree to the following. Statutory rights not excepted by supplier terms and conditions are not affected :

1. Products : Purpose and use

 All merchandise is designed and produced for ornamental purposes. They are not designed as toys or to have any functional purpose.

2. Products : Quality

Each piece is cast in British stabndard pewter and hand painted and assembled. A mixture of enamel and satin model paints are used with adhesives and jointing threads, springs and similar materials. There may therefore be slight variations in the colours and texture of the pewter which is normal for a hand made product in these materials. The pieces require careful handling to ensure that they do not break. Moorland Miniatures will not be responsble for breakages casued by lack of respect for the delicate nature of the pieces.

3. Returns

All pieces are tested for completeness and sopecification before despatch and there have been few returns due to breakages on arrival. Moorland Miniatures will replace any item broken on arrival and credit postage costs for return at 1st class UK postal rates. Overseas customers please contact us by e.mail , phone or letter to arrange method of return.

4. Delivery times

All pieces require considerable time and skill from metal to finished product and although many pieces will be in stock should a piece have to be especiallty made for a customer this will take longer. Moorland Miniatures expects to despatch any piece within 20 days of receipt of order.
